GOAL 1 |
Prevent youth substance use. |

Objective 1 By the end of 2012, create an active prevention group/club in all three Oldham County High Schools with at least 15% of the students in each school engaged in prevention efforts resulting in a reduction in past 30 day use by 10%. |

Objective 2 By the end of 2012, have an active Youth Coalition of at least 5 students leading Oldham County in prevention efforts as demonstrated by at least 2 community substance awareness/prevention projects and 2 community-wide youth events (alternative activities) per year, and coordination of efforts by the high school prevention groups (Y.C. representation in each group and vice versa). |

Prevent repeat offenses by youth drug and alcohol violators |

Objective 1 Develop a program for youth offenders in collaboration with Challengers and the courts to reduce repeat offenses by at least 15% as evidenced by court documentation of repeat offenses. |
